Optimisasi Layanan Kesehatan Mobile JKN-KIS untuk Meningkatkan Kualitas Pelayanan di Kota Malang

Abstract
As a form of government responsibility for the welfare of the community through the health insurance program provided by BPJS Kesehatan. To realize the rights of all citizens, especially the poor in Indonesia, the government has compiled various social protection plans, one of which is the National Health Insurance Program for the Healthy Indonesia Card (JKN KIS). As the duty of BPJS Kesehatan to take care of National Health Insurance (JKN) participants, BPJS Kesehatan Malang is also responsible for providing services to JKN participants. This study aims to analyze the implementation of BPJS health services in Malang City based on the National Health Insurance (JKN) plan which is based on the principles of good governance, namely participation, rule of law, transparency, responsiveness, effective and efficient consensus orientation. This research uses descriptive qualitative research methods. Data collection used was observation and document review. The data collection technique used purposive sampling, while the validity of the data used triangulation of sources. The data analysis technique used in this research is interactive model analysis. The results of the study using the principles of good governance show that BPJS Kesehatan is implementing the JKN plan in the city of Malang so that it is able to carry out its duties as a service provider. Thus, in general, it can be concluded that BPJS Kesehatan services have met the expectations of the community as service users. In addition, the realization of these services shows that the country's goal of achieving good governance has been achieved.
